Martin Sherman's Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play, Bent, is at once is a powerful and provocative look at the persecution of homosexuals during the Holocaust and a heart-rending account of a love, redemption and self-acceptance. Free Movie Series, presented by Knutson Construction and The Daily Iowan, is an outdoor film series held on The University of Iowa Pentacrest. The old screen from the historic Englert Theatre hangs from the columns of Macbride Hall providing the perfect outdoor theater.
