Wallace Tomasini, Professor of Art at the University of Iowa School of Art and Art History, will present a gallery talk throughout the "Eye on UI Faculty" exhibition space on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Second Floor North Reading Room, UI Main Library.
Tomasini's talk will explore paintings by Stuart Edie and James Lechary, as well as silkscreens and mized media work by Byron Burford featured in "Eye on UI Faculty", the exhibition currently in the Second Floor Reading Room, UI Main Library.
"Eye on UI Faculty" will be open for enjoyment and studying during library hours through the spring semester: Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m.-2:00 a.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.; Sunday 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 a.m.; closed Monday.
