The a capella vocal group Quink will perform on Monday, Feb. 8, as part of Cornell College’s 12th season of Music Mondays.
Music Mondays concerts are at 7:30 p.m. in King Chapel. General admission is $10 at the door and $5 for students.
Quink is a five-member Dutch a capella vocal ensemble that began concertizing in 1978. They perform music stretching from the Middle Ages to contemporary songs. At Cornell they will perform an eclectic combination of French Renaissance music, “BiBaBo” — a quirky, funny, piece written for Quink — and an assortment of lyrical 20th century pieces, mostly English.
